Our Very First Post!

Hello, and welcome to the  Journal Of Two Dolls! My name is Kirsten, and I am creating this blog with my sister (and best friend) Sylvia. To learn more about who we are, visit the About Us page. 
     In this blog, you will find entries written by me and entries written by Sylvia; we will be talking about all sorts of things, like sewing, gardening, cooking, and just having fun being girls! And for those of you who are a little annoyed by overly gushy posts with six exclamation points after each sentence, then this is the blog for you. I never gush.

Hi! This is Sylvia. I just can't wait to start blogging! Again, to learn more about who we are, check the About Us page. 
     Okay... so, where do I start? All right, I'll start by talking about what happened last night. Yesterday, Kirsten and I finally found a good website to launch our blog from (Blogger). We sat down together with my laptop and got it all figured out... and here it is, the Journal Of Two Dolls! 
     To celebrate our success, our mom let us stay up late and watch a movie together. In the morning, we went outside to take pictures of ourselves for this blog, but Kirsten, always the tidy one, made her bed first. Doesn't it look nice?

    

And then we have my bed... I don't even know why I posted that photo. :)
