I SO didn't expect that ending. :(<br /><br />the Silmarillion is NOT an easy read; it took me several weeks to get through. that being said, it's an awesome book, and while it's less of a "story", it gives you a much better idea as to the background of the Hobbit and the LoTR series. I loved it. :)Kathrynnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-232455394335183172.post-75772943370889630452015-05-15T08:33:38.651-07:002015-05-15T08:33:38.651-07:00Yes, way too much media!!Yes, way too much media!!Kirsten and Sylviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02129454383261949744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-232455394335183172.post-30662493856692152202015-05-15T08:32:36.452-07:002015-05-15T08:32:36.452-07:00Thanks, Julia! Thanks, Julia!Kirsten and Sylviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02129454383261949744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-232455394335183172.post-29058099911643269122015-05-15T04:29:40.350-07:002015-05-15T04:29:40.350-07:00Wow! I'...I agree that the Hunger Games is over-hyped. I've read it and it is really good, but it has way too much media on it. The story line goes deeper, but maybe it's just how much I read into things. I think of it as showing how too much government has consequences and the sanctity of life and stuff like that...<br /><br />I love Elizabeth George Speare. :)Ameliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05749526001064690426noreply@blogger.com
